i was appalled that my room smelled of foot odor and had such a loud, rude staff. not to mention, when i asked for a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, the staff laughed in my face. the hotel is definitely dated, and the shower had almost non-existent water pressure. i almost would have given a good review, but just couldn't.

The mattress was uncomfortable, yet the shower pressure improved significantly in the second room.

The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, making every morning feel like a scene from a movie! We had a great staff member who remembered our names and made an effort to ensure our stay was special.

iberotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the east bank temples. the floating pool on the nile was incredible, and the breakfast spread was delicious. i particularly enjoyed the hibiscus iced tea – a refreshing drink after a long day!

Breakfast can be hit or miss, with several options often lacking freshness. The outdoor bar service drags after mid-afternoon, sometimes making it easier to fend for yourself than wait for slow drinks.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with plenty of variety including fresh fruits and local dishes to start the day, and a scenic location on the banks of the Nile makes exploring local attractions a breeze due to convenient taxi services available nearby.
